Support from SSTS
As the university has moved to an essential services model for on-campus activities, the staff in Social Science Technology Services (SSTS) will continue to support staff and faculty needs as much as possible.
If any issues arise, please send an email to email@example.com:
- If you would like a call back, please provide a local phone number where you can be reached.
- If you're having trouble with Remote Access, we may need to check your computer. Please tell us your room number and indicate which computer if there is more than one in that room.
- If your computer is in a room with a lock that does not work with the normal building master key, please indicate that as we might have to make other arrangements.
- Our staff is working from home and access to the Social Science Centre is limited. If your request requires a visit to your computer, we will attempt to address it within 48 hours.
We will respond to your requests during our normal business hours, Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
